Overview

How we handle warehousing

Storage is rarely the point of the exercise — it is what lets the rest of the plan work. Cargo arrives early, a vessel rolls, a buyer asks for a staggered delivery, or six suppliers need to become one container. That is what the warehouse is for.

Space is available by the pallet or by the square metre, short term while a shipment waits for its sailing, or on a standing basis as a regional stock point.

One team, one reference number, and the same person answering the phone from the first quote to the final delivery.

Short and long-term storage

Covered, secured space charged by pallet position or floor area, with the rate falling as the commitment lengthens.

Export consolidation

Deliveries from multiple suppliers received, checked and built into a single container or air consignment.

Container stuffing and stripping

Loading and unloading handled at the warehouse so boxes return to the port inside their free time.

Handling and inspection

Cargo counted against the packing list on arrival, with photographs and a discrepancy report if something does not match.

Pick, pack and re-palletizing

Orders picked, cartons repacked, pallets rebuilt, shrink wrapped and labelled to the receiver's requirements.

Onward distribution

Releases delivered against your instruction, nationwide, on our own vehicles.

Tell us volume, duration and how the cargo arrives. We confirm the space and the rate before anything is shipped.

Cargo received, counted, photographed and recorded against your reference.

What customers ask

If yours isn't here, send it over — we would rather answer it before the booking than after.

There isn't a long one. Cargo often sits with us for a few days between clearance and delivery, and that is a perfectly normal use of the space.

That is one of the main reasons customers use the warehouse. Send them to us as they are ready and we ship one consolidated container when the last one lands.

Yes. Every inbound gets a receipt confirmation, and anything that does not match the packing list gets photographed and reported the same day.

Ask us to arrange it and we will. Cover is not automatic, and we would rather say so plainly than leave you to assume.
